AFT Screen Rotors

Rotors are one of those “invisible” products that have a very visible impact on how your screen performs and how much energy it consumes.

AFT offers rotors for virtually all screen models and makes.  In all cases, our replacement rotors are as good as the OEM original – and in the case of GHC™, SPx™ or EP™ rotors, performance will be enhanced.

We supply closed rotor designs that are ideal for OCC and kraft applications and are EnergySmart™ certified.  Our foil rotors are especially valuable in deinked, TMP and Approach Flow applications.  Our RP™ rotors are built to provide a seamless replacement for the OEM equipment.

AFT's rotor technology promotes efficient contaminant removal by:

• Modifying pulse patterns to avert any tendency for contaminants to be extruded through screen apertures
• Reducing rotor speed
• Using smaller, more efficient aperture sizes

AFT rotors have used these strategies, and the Perfect Fit™ to achieve increased efficiency.  For Perfect Fit™, AFT offers five families of rotors:
