Double Disc Refiners. Aikawa Double Disc refiners (models AWN and AWE) are proven designs for low- consistency disc refining.  They are suitable for all types of applications (mechanical, chemical, and recycled fibers).  They ensure precise clearances between the disc and the floating rotor and are easy to maintain.

Conical Refiners. The Aikawa ADC is a next-generation low-consistency conical refiner. It embodies Aikawa's extensive experience in refining and features superior development of pulp quality due to gentle refining.  It also has extremely low no-load power consumption. 

Aikawa refiners can be equipped with a wide range of refiner plate patterns - including the range of FINEBAR® products from AFT.
