LongSlot™ cylinder
The capacity of the AFT LongSlot™ cylinder exceeds that of traditional slotted cylinders. The benefit is attained by extending the slot length. In some applications, LongSlot™ screen cylinders provide up to 40% more open area than conventional milled cylinders.
The AFT Profile™ is also available to AFT LongSlot™ cylinders. AFT Profile™ optimizes the performance of a screen by matching the contour style to a particular set of process conditions and application needs. In doing so, it combines more than 100 years of manufacturing experience with state-of-the-art computational practice.
