Gladiator™ rotor

The AFT Gladiator™ Rotor is designed for fiber recovery applications. Its streamlined elements create a stronger negative pulse than the standard "bump" rotor, and thus permit consequent reductions in rotor speed and power consumption. The strong negative pulse does not, however, compromise the “filtration efficiency” of the screen

Typical fiber recovery applications for the AFT Gladiator™ Rotor are in black liquor filtration (kraft mills) and in white water fiber recovery in the short circulation system of paper machines.
