About Aikawa Group

Founded in 1924, Aikawa is a privately-held manufacturer and distributor of stock preparation and pulp-handling machinery. Through Aikawa’s “Ever Forward” philosophy and its investment in research and development, the company has established a dominant market presence in Japan. Aikawa’s headquarters, R&D center and main manufacturing facilities are located in Shizouka, Japan.

Aikawa Group was found through acquisitions of Advanced Fiber Technologies (AFT), AFT Finebar and POM Technology in 2006. Through these acquisitions, the Aikawa Group can provide a wide range of stock preparation equipment. Applications include everything from the handling of bales at a recycling plant to paper machine wet-end systems.
